No. After payment your tickets are emailed to you as QR codes, and you can also open them on the order page. Show the QR code on your phone at the entrance and the door team scans it.
For events with a seating plan, yes — you pick your exact seat or table on an interactive map before you pay. Other events are general admission, where any valid ticket gets you in.
Refunds are handled by Ticketsmoon under our Refund Policy. If an event is cancelled you are refunded in full, automatically. For other cases, request a refund from your order within the stated window.
