ticketsmoon.com (the “Platform”) is operated by Ticketsmoon (“we”, “us”), of 285/1 Walivita Road, Malabe, Sri Lanka. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Platform and the purchase and sale of tickets through it. By using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy tickets or create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
You agree not to: use the Platform in any way that breaks applicable law; resell tickets for more than the price paid without our authorisation; use bots or automated tools to buy tickets; or impersonate any person or organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Keep your email address current — event tickets and important notices are sent there.
Ticketsmoon sells tickets for live events in Sri Lanka. When you buy a ticket through the Platform, your contract of sale is with Ticketsmoon. We are the seller and merchant of record for every ticket sold here, and we handle your payment, your tickets and any refund.
We work with event partners — the promoters, venues and producers who stage the events — to bring their events to the Platform. Those partners are responsible for running the event itself (see section 9), but they are not a party to your purchase.
Ticket prices are set by Ticketsmoon and shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). A per-order booking fee is added at checkout and is shown to you in full, together with the total payable, before you are asked to pay. Prices and availability can change until an order is completed.
Selecting tickets and submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when your payment is successfully captured and we issue your tickets. If payment is declined or not completed, no tickets are issued.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Genie Business. By paying, you also agree to Genie Business’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Tickets are delivered electronically — by email and in the ticket wallet in your Ticketsmoon account — as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. Each ticket carries a unique QR code that is scanned once at entry. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to present a valid ticket at the venue.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: ticket sales are final; a full refund of the ticket price is issued automatically if an event is cancelled; the booking fee is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
The events listed on the Platform are staged by our event partners, who are responsible for the event itself — its delivery, safety, permits, line-up, content and the conduct of the event at the venue. Ticketsmoon sells the tickets and handles your purchase, but does not itself produce or run events unless clearly stated, and is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of an event. We may remove any event from sale at any time.
All content on the Platform — including logos, design and software — belongs to Ticketsmoonor its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketsmoon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or from any event. Our total liability for any claim connected with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the tickets in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. You and Ticketsmoon submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka for any dispute arising out of them.
